It is photography which does not come under the umbrella of non-situational.

For example, if, in a quintessetially paraphonic inter-relational but semi-derivative quantomic endemic, the exposure tends to the relational, you should use the binomic quotient of the square root of the related lens nyquist function to compensate.

Put simply, if it is dark, use the flash.

You must have covered the topic of the theory of relativity at school, yes, no ?

Its all about time dilation, like in the difference in elapsed time between two or more events, and silly looking men in white coats measuring gravitational mass and movements relative to each other.
