Getting a vote from Pete - put a very big smile on my face! In general, a smile from my two year old (severely disabled) grandchild or a day when the sun shines, ok so it's not ideal for photography but I do love it.

A nice luxury bath after a busy afternoon.
Knowing I've helped someone.
Having a lovely dinner cooked by my husband (which happens most nights actually )

A good one was a couple of weeks ago, after signing a consent form for surgery, I then asked the surgeon for it to be done under a local anaesthetic, I`d been and watched the op on youtube and I thought easy, the look on her face
