    We all know eachother from this site and perhaps we become used to a certain style or get a false impression of eachother from posts etc.

    Apart from photography, what other hobbies have you got? Are you well known in another area of interest?

    I'll kick off with my other major interest which is song writing and guitar playing. An example of a couple of my songs are HERE

    Please provide links to any site that hosts info. I am sure that it'll be interesting and revealing...........Wink

    A bit of birdwatching as we live within walking distance of the Lee Valley Regional Park, growing cacti and succulents. My husband and I also share an interest in advanced driving. We met at a driving competition and have both passed advanced driving tests.

    Claim to fame; I appeared in Which Magazine back in 1991 in an article on learning to drive. I think it was the May issue, it was a long time ago.

    * Stock market trading. I used to be a trader on the floor, screaming and yelling all day. Started to lose some hearing and went in to computer programming instead.

    * Gardening, landscape architecture and botany.

    * Anything related to physics or astronomy.

    * Tennis

    Encaustic Art and radio controlled models of various kinds. I've also been known to play guitar and write a ditty or two.

    Claim to fame: Brett Anderson of Suede busted my Marshall at a Battle of the Bands round - beat them 'tho. Smile

    First World War history, from contacts made through my two First World War websites I have helped research several books, magazine articles and a couple of television programs. Look at my PF if you are interested in seeing the websites.

    Genealogy, researching my family tree started my First World War research, I've still not got very far back in the family history, but I have found a few skeletons.

    I play basketball for the Durham Wildcats in the national league, that takes up most of my time during the week so fitting photography in is always a struggle!

    Too many things although almost all have been tied into photography in some way! Navigate on stage rallies, enjoy getting into the hills whether it be walking or running, and does going to the pub count?!
