Has anyone used the services of this website to either produce prints or display work for sale. Was wondering what the standard of their print quality was like. All sounds good but it always does when someone is trying to sell something. I have to admit I do like the sound of their products.
I would be interested in any opinions.

I have several prints on my walls from them and they're very good. I also got a traditional framed print from them as well and the quality there was excellent, too.

I have ten images displayed in their art market, no sales as yet. Any work submitted is voted on and as to reach a certain level so it is harder to get work accepted.

I was attracted when I saw some of the work exhibited in a Whitewall gallery in a large department store. The quality of work and frames was first class.

I don't know whether I will ever sell anything with them but as they say "you have to buy a ticket to win the Lottery"

Just had 2 prints back from them. Excellent service and quality. One was a 20x20 print on glossy paper for a client. It's great, but did come with a 1 inch border all round (which was specified on the description). I had to trim it with a stanley knife today as it didn't fit in the client's frame. The other product was their "original print behind acrylic". It's backed on aluminium then a sheet of glass/acrylic is put on top. The quality is outstanding! I'll definitely be ordering more as the product has a lot of impact and really does stand out against the other framed prints that I have.

Turnaround from placing the order to receiving the products (which were very well-packaged) was 9 days, which I thought was very good considering they are based in Germany.

WHITEWALL, I have been trying to have some large prints made for a client using their best acrylic glass system. I have uploaded the files and paid for them in advance - twice now by mistake. I have been trying to contact them by email and by phone with absolutely zero success! They do not reply except by auto response and none of their phone numbers are ever available. They do not have any customer service as far as I can gather! I have never experienced anything like this in my professional life and I am getting very concerned as to whether they are a giant con. It is the most bizarre thing! Anybody out there who can help? Regards, Keith Macgregor

Thanks,
I wil try to contact the head office this time. All their other numbers of which I have many are never available & have no message service!
Whatever happens I certainly will not be using them again as it is doing my head in!

I have used them for aluminium prints for an exhibition - I had no problems. The images looked fantastic, the quality was amazing and delivery was quick. I have have used them again since with no problems.

I have 3 very fine canvas prints all produced in the last few months. Excellent service and I can't say a bad word against them.

I was put off using them because of their extraordinarily high prices and, now that I do all my own printing, I have no need to revisit them.

But, if they are as good as they say they are, it might be money well spent if you only require a few dozen prints a year.

I am still trying to contact this stinking company to cancel my first order which was uploaded with the wrong profiles. I see on their website that both my orders are in production despite cancelling! I cannot get through to anybody. All their numbers either do not work or are busy. When I do get through there is no answer message service and they direct me to email them which I have now done over 30 times without getting a single answer which i snot auto generated. As I said before this is quite extraordinary. Their UK number is 0203 4111 1846. There is never anybody there!

I ended up ordering a print on aluminium backing, yes it was expensive but I am so impressed with the result I think it was worth it.

I have used them for a framed print for a friend.

The quality of the print and frame were both excellent... a tad expensive.... but like everything in life..'you get what you pay for'.... the only downside was the length of production time and delivery... which if you are working to a clients time-frame... could be a bit stressful.

I ordered a 60x20" aluminium diobond image from them with a deliver date of last Friday, 14.06.2013. Today, Monday, 17.06.2013,. checking my order the website says it is 'in production'. Sent an email query first thing this morning - no response. Have been calling the London number every few minutes - always busy - perhaps off the hook?. The german call centre just says there are no operators free and says to call back and then disconnects your call. The image was ordered for an exhibition - handing date Friday. 250-.00 deducted from my credit card 30.05.2013. Not happy.
