Sorry if the end of my reply seemed a little terse, but I was being genuine—there is no better way of finding a good library than studying the market and seeing who buys what from whom. You can look at the BAPLA website to peruse possible libraries, but in some cases you'll find acceptance difficult to come by even if your standard is high.
