This is mainly directed at the site manager or owner.

I for one have had a banner on my personal page that I needed to read before it went away.

One thing that confused me was who holds the copyright to images posted on ephotozine?

The person that took the image or the site?

By clicking through it did I accept the new Terms and Conditions?

Having it explained in simple terms would be much appreciated.

If you took the shot, you do.

Simple.

BTW the T & Cs can still be found on the menu under Ephotozine, if that helps.

Nah.

Just look at the top of every flipping page on the site at present... there's a link there.

Which still begs the question once you open those terms and conditions is that taken as you accept them???????
