I for one have had a banner on my personal page that I needed to read before it went away.
One thing that confused me was who holds the copyright to images posted on ephotozine?
The person that took the image or the site?
By clicking through it did I accept the new Terms and Conditions?
Having it explained in simple terms would be much appreciated.
In the T&Cs, Gallery section;
Quote: 2. Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer.

Just look at the top of every flipping page on the site at present... there's a link there.

Which still begs the question once you open those terms and conditions is that taken as you accept them???????
Pretty much. Continued use of the site implies consent. Much like your bank account. Mine send me new documentation every week.
However, you're welcome to query any changes via reports.
