    recently i have noticed a dramatic rise in cormorants on my river as i regularly see 5 diving together! and fly together?

    Was sat down by Marlow bridge this morning and one was sat on the weir airing his wings, looked amazing through the mist.

    Its because there is a shortage of fish in the sea (overfishing) so they come to inland rivers.
    Another consequence of mans greed.
