Wikivid is an offshoot of the on-line Wikipedia encyclopedia which categorises links to free video tutorials for a range of software packages including Photoshop. The good part is that the section for each software package is laid as a table of contents so you can look for the particular topic that you're interested in then click on the link to open the particular website for the video within a pane in Wikivid so that you can return to the index later. It's still early days and navigation isn't great and you'll need broadband to view the videos comfortably but it looks like a very useful free resource for Photoshop users.
