What are you trying to upload pictures from ? What software are you trying to get it into?
You should just connect a camera and drag the pictures across to your hard drive, or if you use lightroom (or other products) to download they should work just the same.
Very little has changed from Windows 7, so it should all work fine.
I don't really understand what you're trying to do or why you can't just 'right click and send to.' or as Chris says, 'drag and drop.'
How did you go about uploading images previously?
Quote: I click upload pics find pics in Picassa or Pictures and nothing happens
Where are the pictures? on a camera? memory card ?
So you are trying to upload from Picassa to where ?
I suggest you create a report detailing exactly the process you are using step by step and then the technical chaps can find out what is wrong for you.
Quote: pics are on Picassa
Now we're getting somewhere.
I'll stand to be corrected but Picasa doesn't store any pics, it's simply a viewer/organiser.
These pics are being viewed using Picasa.
The pics. themselves are stored somewhere else on your computer. It's that somewhere else that you need to go to, to upload anything.
I don't understand how you could "click upload pics find pics in Picassa" to uplaod them.
