    Chris,

I have shot 1000's of images using an eye-fi card via an adapter and never lost an image.

    OldTom,

what HiTi printer are you using as that sounds like nonsense as I have printed to a number of printers using elements 8, Darkroom, Lightroom, Picassa, Photoshop etc. etc. when giving demonstrations.

Mike, that's interesting, which adaptor are you using? The problem for me is I like to shoot raw+ jpeg, does the adaptor slow the write speed of the card very much?

What kind of transfer rate are you getting? Seems like the wireless would be slow

You dont use eye-fi for RAW, you are either sending via wifi for a preview or instant printing and in an event scenario you do not want to be sending huge images so speed is not an issue.

Mikeweeks: The Hiti 510. Rang systeminsight and their advice was as written and they recommended picassa. Manage to use EOS utility so far with no problems. Put images on usb key and print that way.
Have to ring them again for the set-up to print wirelessly from desktop (viewing station) to the printer. The instruction only relate to wireless between camera and printer.

Seriously invest in the WFT-E5 and use the IRIS to directly interface with your printer. There event a few specific events shells that can be run for image selection and printing with hiti / Mitsubishi printers.

This is what we do with our double deck machine.

OldTom are you saying that you are sending wirelessly from laptop to printer?
