Doing the shopping I was on thre lookout for something that I had yet to photograph. Last week I picked up an old sack for a background and when I spotted the coconut I felt that the two would complement each other quite nicely.
It's strange how this 365 project makes you look for photographs all the time and it has become quite habit forming. I've lost count of the times I've stopped to look at a perfectly mundane object and whipped out a camera or the iphone to grab a quick shot much to the puzzlement of those around me.

Doesn't it just.
Funnily enough, I've just been saying in the "B/W challenge group" that I'm doing that challenge, my 366 and the "letter of the week challenge."
I've always been an opportunist when it comes to taking photographs but I'm more focused than ever now.
And yes, people are beginning to think that I'm a bit strange too.
Bren.
Quote: For me not quite graphic enough and the tonal range is very limited plus the shadow of the coconut is too dense.
You forgot to mention the crease ![]()
