Its nearly 6 months since the group started and I've got a feeling we are starting to go through our second phase of inactivity, less image uploaded, less comments and less new threats. Back in November a thread entitled is this group failing was started and that inspired a few more members to join, more comment, crit and the development of the weekly black and white challenge.
So how do we keep this group active?
If you are a member of this group what do you want out of it?
If you are in another group can we steal any of there ideas?
Any ideas and comments most welcome
Cheers Rick
I know I keep on saying this but the groups feature isn't promoted sufficiently.
All the groups to which I belong have pretty much faded into obscurity because of an apparent lack of interest and as I've also said before, I'm a guilty as the next person of forgetting about them. But that's my point; if I don't see them advertised somewhere, I just forget.

I suppose I'm looking for:-
a inspiration - to see others mono shots and to understand why they chose mono over colour
b education - a liitle explanation of the thought process and the workflow to achieve the end result
c feedback/modifications - on uploaded images so that I can improve
d a place to show off purely mono work (outside the main gallery)
