Share your knowledge - B&W processing

The idea of this is for people to show how they process B&W images.

1) Download the images - you can do this by clicking on the modifications tab and then clicking the download photo.
2) Process the image into a B&W.
3) Upload your image as a modification by clicking on the modifications tab and then Upload a modification

think there is a bug (or i'm been think) will put in report was there a few mins ago, then corrected text to explain how to download, saved and mod tab is gone Sad

Uploaded Mod 4 steps followed as below

1) Warmed the Image
2) Straightforward conversion to Mono, with maximum black filter in PS
3) Adjusted red channel to lighten the blacks in the image..
