Well, I haven't up-loaded to the B&W Group for ages, in fact I'd forgotten I'd joined it. If it wasn't for Jestertheclown's forum post on the Photo Month forum I wouldn't have posted this shot.

This is a quad tone conversion of a shot I took at Downton's Cuckoo Fair in May this year. I held the camera at ground level and hoped it was pointing in the right direction. I think it has a great face, not that I'd particularly like to own one though.

How about putting the photo in 'The Corn Exchange' group?
I sometimes set my camera to shoot in B&W. If you have the facility to shoot simultaneously in JPEG and RAW, the Jpeg is saved in mono andthe RAW is saved in colour so then you can convert the RAW to MONO in Photoshop, and get better results than the JPEG. Perhaps you knew that, anyway!
