Music and Vikings... a different mix, but hopefully one that is very photographically interesting as well as fun!

I should be there on the Sunday...but don't need accomodation anyway! Will they have all the Viking stuff on the Sunday too you think? Just cause saw the pic with the fire and ship or whatever it was and would love something like that!

Hi Bev, yeah that is on the Sunday - boatburning... but it might be lighter or later as they moved the date forward in the year.

OK folks, heads up!!

We have now got two alternatives to choose between:

ONE: I've found a house in Rhosgadfan that sleeps 7 but it's three double beds, so Terry & Betty are OK, the rest of us would fight for the sofa and pull out bed. Cost £350 for the two nights, which retails at £58 per person for the stay. SELFCATERING I've not been able to view it so I have no idea exactly what it's like, but the people sound OK over the phone :o)

TWO: Dol Peris GuestHouse has a double, a 3 room bunkhouse and a single available at £25 per person per night. ROOM ONLY NO FOOD

One has the advantage it is all ours, but is in a more remote location - no pubs / cafes locally.

Two has Petes Eats down the road and is in Llanberis, is cheaper but has less privacy...

Can you let me know asap by this evening which you'd prefer...

The team have finally sorted out the piccy problems! I can associate a pic with this meet by using the options tab and selecting the meet Smile
