Great photograph of you baby sister with beautiful blue eyes. ~ maybe if you were to cut a little off from the bottom (Crop), the subject wouldn't be so distracted by the space.
On portrait shots try to fill the frame or use the rule of thirds to start with.
Excellent shot, well done
