Looking to organise a meet to spend the day at the Owl Experience, Stafford or Cannock Chase.

It can be any day in May and between 6 and 10 members needed.

Cost for the day would £35, bring your own lunch.

Sorry but I have just had reply back saying that weekend is booked.

We can have either Saturday 25 or Sunday 26 May.

My vote would be for Sunday 26 but I am free either day.

Thanks Chris, we will meet around 9:00 to 9:30 and take it as it comes.

On the day it will be up to the group and the falconer what we shoot and where we shoot.

Looking back through the tread people were happy with any of the suggested dates.

To avoid another double booking I have asked for Sunday 26th May to be kept for us.

Please let me know if that is not suitable.

Mike could not make the 29th so I have moved the date.

A Sunday is the better day for me so I sent a message asking to change the date from Sunday 26th to Sunday 12th.

Waiting for a reply now.

I am not hopeful of this going ahead.

Next week I will try once more to get new interest, the meet cannot go ahead with just four attending.

There is always the option of just going over for the morning on the 12th.

We have another volunteer but that still means we want one more, I never thought it would be this difficult.

I will leave it for another couple of days to see if someone else comes forward.

If not you can always go over on the Sunday morning, I think it is £25 for a four hour session, I will check on that.

Edit, yes it is £25 for 3 hours and a minimum of 5 photographers.

I have been in touch with the Owl Experience centre and they have said it is ok for us to switch to a 3 hour morning session if we do not get enough for an all day one.
