Gentleman's Relish, no idea what this is actually except it sounds sophisticated and saucy.
Cumberland Sauce, again don't know what it is but just being patriotic to my home county.
Red Sauce, good on bacon rolls.
Brown Sauce, good on sausage rolls.
Pikalillee, quite tasty but mainly just a good thing to ask for when a waitress asks if she can get you anything.

Brown sauce (not the stuff they plonk on mcdonalds bacon sandwiches either!)
salad cream
sweet onion relish

(not in any particular order of favourites)

Love branston pickle in fruit/veg topped curry

HP Brown Sauce
Soy Sauce
Nacho's Tomato Dip Hot Chilli Sauce

If you could get Henderson's Relish anywhere else than Sheffield I would concur.
