WINNER! alexandral - we liked this one for several reasons. First of all we like the idea of new beginnings at this time in the school year. Also this is a well thought out and executed image, with good use of Depth of Field, colour and shadow. The idea of making the hole in the paper to the heart is truly inspirational. Congratulations!

Joint 2nd Place – PirateGirl -this reminded us of a typical desk - everything is all over the place and it's been captured so well - just the way things are in school - well done.

Joint 2nd Place - Dray1002 - once again this is all about the things you need for school but the use of the exercise book as the backdrop for items works well. We also noticed a hair on the book which adds a little bit of character.

3rd Place - Foxaline – a very clever idea, linking two quintessential academic images, ABC and apples! Well done

JennyMoose – a really typical memory for everyone of School, and here they all look so happy! Well captured!

Bluefire_Photography – Harry looks quite at home with all those books, and the choice of title that we see is just the icing on the cake.

xalexx2696 – a super image of a very pretty schoolgirl. We really liked the way the tie is tied - absoloutely typical of schoolchildren everywhere!

Dawnmist_MW – a clever idea and well put together – the choice of books works well.

katiejustine96 - another well thought out image, really well executed too. We liked the personal touches here, as explained in the description.

Well done to everyone - a small entry this time, but very high standards!
