Flash has made the image very flat IMHO, sometimes better to go with a high ISO and IS if you have it or a good quality tripod. Wouldn't have used Creative (Slow speed) either, my choice would have been Aperture Priority or Full Manual. If it's a bit of a grab shot them yes it's acceptable, but I'd personally had gone for the higher ISO and left the flash off as I said....
