cosy cottages on Skye

It's limited to 17 people over three cottages in the tiny village of Struan on Skye. It's pretty remote and there isn't much in the way of local facilities. The cottages themselves are very cosy - each has its own woodburning stove and supply of wood.

EDIT: I'm told that the local shop has reopened and sells very basic supplies (eggs, bread, milk and papers). The nearest supermarket is in Portree but if you want to stock up on the way, there is a large Co-op in Broadford which is on the way.

Warm / waterproof clothing is a very good idea - it can and does get very cold and wild up there in October...
