A short or tall knight i'm not fussy Tongue

No chance at all, it is Autumn, and winter is approaching, therefore the arrival of the LONG (k)nights.Smile Nice to see you are all still grumping about things that do not matter.Tongue What about this ? - New built in oven delivered the other week. Gas fitter connected everything up, switched on, then "rattle, rattle, rattle," The fan was loose. Turned out the oven had been dropped between manufacturer and retailer. Just my luck. Did I grumble. No, we have a hob, microwave, and a primus stove. Took the wife 5 hrs 37 mins. to cook the joint and Yorkshire puds on the primusGrin

Life is too short to be grumpy but I can't help becoming vexed when I receive one of the bunch of tele marketing phone calls relating to PPI. The call is always accompanied by a terrible line and a poorly spoken Asian gentleman!

..............reading from a book. If you interupt him, or ask a question not in the book, he has to go back to the start of the last paragraph and repeat himself!

Oh, and isn't it amazing how many of these 'gentlemen' are called 'John'!
