I don't know about that - looks really good. Almost an optical illusion.
I wondered if you would do a slinky! It featured in the first macro that I judged ( and won, of course,).
This shot is another of yours that I admire so much. As I remarked previously, simple but so very difficult to create and photograph so expertly.
Sue is going down your way ( Gloucester) this weekend, so if she encounters an elegant masked lady, I'll ask her to buy you a drink!

Actually looking at it now you can't really see the spiral bit so maybe a reasonable pic but not necessarily an accurate spiral representation
It took me a few days to root out the slinky - buried in the bottom of a box of odds and ends I keep for photos ![]()
Who knows Jack, I may be in Gloucester on Saturday - I have plans to get all domestic on Saturday really but if the sun comes out then Gloucester is always a good option for a few hours escape ![]()
