Here it is...

Dear all, given that I'm currently on sick leave, and surrounded by medicine and pills, I think this week's challenge will follow in this theme. So, take pics of pills and/or medicine, and may the best one win!

1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. All images must be taken after the theme is announced.
3. All images must be uploaded by 8 pm on Sunday 9th December in the Weekly Macro Challenge group photo area.
4. Only one upload per member.
5. Please feel free to comment on the entries once judging is complete.
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that weeks challenge and the judge’s decision is final.
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week.
8. Have fun!

Another tough choice, but my first prize goes to oldblokeh for the thought that went behind the picture, and the clarity with which it was conveyed. Well done oldblokeh! You get the first prize this time.
