Lumi and I will probably not be able to take part today owing to a family emergency.
We look forward to seeing some great entries, though.
Hope all resolves well, Oldblokeh and Lumi. Best wishes, Jacqui
Hope all are having a good weekend.
Just to let you know I will be unable to view the entries until about 10.00 this evening.
Look forward to seeing circles before my eyes later,
thanks Pete, Stuart and Alison for your entries.
Love them all for different reasons, but have to choose - it goes to Stuart. Great circles and composition. That masher is a design classic - gave one to a French friend (long running jokes about English v. French food). He loved it and we all loved the results!
Over to you Stuart, happy challenge setting Jacqui
Thanks for hosting Jacqui and well done to Stuart......
It's such a shame we had so few entries - numbers seem to be dropping all the time
Hi Alison, did think there might be only a few this weekend - people away?
Let's hope for more next week.
How were the tall ships?
Of course - it's a bank holiday weekend - forgot about that!
I won't be doing the tall ships thing again - it was absolutely packed - too many people, no room to move and about 5 ships that I couldn't really see 'cos of all the slow moving people.
That said I'm sure people enjoyed it - lots of stalls selling food and stuff which always seems to go down well.
On the plus side I visited my favourite antique/junk shop and came home with more goodies
Shame - no elbow room for photos then.
Looking forward to seeing your 'new' old things when they appear in the gallery.
Thanks Jacqui and well done to Alison and Pete on great entries. Shame about numbers though - when I set next week's challenge I'll try and keep it as broad brush as possible in an attempt to encourage participation.
