This group is all about getting AND GIVING both positive and negative feedback.

How it works:-
1 - Comment on at least photograph in the group BEFORE you upload a photograph

Comment rules...
You must make 3 positive points on the photograph - no more, no less
You must make 3 negative/constructive points on the photograph - no more, no less
The comments can be anything from 1 word to a paragraph, that's up to you, just so long as a normal human being with the ability to read English can understand the point.

2 - Upload one photograph

Upload Rules
By joining the group and uploading a photograph, you agree to constructive comments being put against your photographs - if you are sensitive or may get upset by negative points being made, please do not join the group
Please add something into the "about" section when uploading - this will help group members with critique, targeting it to what you want to know
Do not flood the gallery - there's no limit on how many you can upload, but be sensible, maybe 2-3 tops per day.

3 - Go to 1

It's only fair to comment on AT LEAST one photo for every photo you upload.


OPTIONAL...
You may wish to keep a tally of points made against your photo - do this by updating your "about" section
You can address any point made on your photos by explaining the decisions behind thing - but try to avoid an all out war.
Tit-for-tat comments will happen, its human nature, so bear this in mind with the "tone" of your comments... if you're rude, expect rude comments back
