+ Like the overall Picture, the subject and the various layers, I think its both interesting and very well done.
+ Like the Boy and the pensive look, not sure what it is, but the checked shirt, the layer mask and the Boy, makes me think old South America.
+ Like the Border.

Not much to dislike, more just points of discussion...
- The Toronto Sign is slightly heavier than the other text and numbers, possibly just because of the white border.
- The top of the number 5 is marking the Boy's face.
- The squarish object layer on the Boy's left shoulder, its not really annoying but I keep going to it to try and identify it.
