Couldn't resist this while driving home one night (whilst holidaying in AZ). Got the tripod out, used delay shutter and slow speed, no photo editing except to bring out a few highlights from the dark. (taken in Dec. 2012)

This is quite spectacular, Ray, and I love the bright red against the black background.
Your symmetry is very good, and the fountain centre is perfectly positioned, but there is just a small lean to the right which is obvious at the point where the curve meets the water. I have corrected this in my modification and have also attempted to clone out the glare at the point where the water is emerging. A crop was necessary after the straightening.
Since there is a nice reflection in the water, I wonder if you considered a vertical format in order to be able to include all of it. But perhaps this wasn't possible.
