From a little while back another lovely morning at Dunstanburgh and not another living soul about . In 3 weeks time when my caravan site at Whitby closes will be off up to Northumberland several times.Many thanks for all recent clicks andf comments . All very much appreciated...Phil

A beautiful dawn sky, Phil. The viewpoint is higher than usual getting the flowers in the foreground. A lot less imposing and moody than most from here. Very icely done.

Expertly controlled exposure, Phil. It's not easy to avoid blow out from here but this has detail and beautiful tones throughout. Nice one.

That's more or less what was going through my mind. I guess this is about the flowers, rather than the castle. A gentler, less intimidating view.
