Canon add the CanoScan LiDE 20 and 30 models to their range

Both models offer USB 2.0 connections and use Canon's LiDE technology. This inolves the use of a low power LED light instead of the more traditional fluorescent lamps commonly used.

Tamron announce the AF 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5 lens

With an angle of view of 97-63 and a minimum focus distance of 0.5m, the 19-35mm is ideally suited for travel and landscape photography. Compact and lightweight, the lens is easy to carry anywhere as it weighs in at a mere 300 grams and is only 67.7mm long.
