Canon today announce next generation D-SLR featuring a 10.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor, new EOS Integrated Cleaning System, larger and brighter 2.5Ē LCD and 9-point AF. It is positioned above the EOS 350D, currently the fastest selling SLR camera of all time.
The new upgrade to the Canon EOS 20D sticks with the same 8 megapixel APS-C sensor format. The LCD screen has been made larger and other improvements have been included to improve the handling and ease of use of the camera.
The update also adds support for several other cameras including Minolta Dynax 5D, Sony DSC-R1, Nikon Coolpix 8800 and many others.
