Wee bit different for me this one, liked the overall pattern of the sand almost brain like and the way the water cuts thru it i find kinda nice Smile Can't think of a title thoughSad

Anyone who has ever walked on the water's edge will know how intriguing this can be to watch how the water sculpts the sand in ever changing patterns. I love this photo - well done Smile

I can see why you took this Ron.

It certainly works for me.

Beautifully abstract, in that it works without needing a sense of scale. It's a close-up of sand ripples but it could equally be an aerial photograph of a riverbed.
I'd like to see a square crop taken from the lower part of the frame, where the tones are more even. Square contains an abstract very satisfyingly, the eye is freer to bounce around the frame rather than following a particular direction.

Looks like scales on the back of a crocodile to me! quit an interesting pattern! also the holes could be the homes of razor clams, you pore salt down the hole and they shoot to the surface, and you grab them for the pot lovely, like the shot rod, don't forget the salt next time, regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin
