Still amusing myself and trying to stay warm. This kalanchoe leaf has been turned to mono, negativeized, etched an otherwise manipulated to a mere shadow of it's former self
The high today is expected to be -3F or -19C.
like the ethereal look of what you have created, could be an ice sculpture
Different and interesting Joline.
I do not understand the technical stuff but what I do know is that I like what you produced Joline !! Very pleasing image !
I like the simplicity of it.
I love what you have done to such a simple leaf, Joline, and I certainly don't envy you the cold weather Carol
... and doesnt it look just wonderful
how very clever of you
Good work on this
With temperatures like these Joline you make us realise we don't know what "cold" is! Keep amusing yourself indoors as the results are excellent.
LOL---- we are basking at 13 F and wind--- this is a wonderful high key manipulation!
Good work Joline and if nothing else helps us study the shape of the leaves!
Joline, I really like your experiment. Stay warm.
... and yet it is still recognizable as a Kalanchoe - a nice image Joline, and an interesting manipulation ... Carol
I wouldn't know a Kalanchoe if I tripped over it Joline Whatever it started out looking like it has ended up rather well!
Looks like frosted glass etching like it,Joline, regards leon.
At that temperature I am not surprised the leaf looks like this. It is warmer here but it feels much worse as the central heating has been broken for three days. I am on the look out for negative. mono pot plants !!! .......Peter
A shadow of it's former self Joline pleasing & so well manipulated xx
