Very nice tones and smooth complexion. The diagonal adds interest, with the eyes at the rule of thirds.

I'm really chuffed! 
A further comment if i may......soften those `claws`! Soften the fingers - less of the knuckles, suggest softer `bend`, may indeed to only `pretend` to be leaning on the hand, let is caress the chin rather than present a `second` point in the pic to call attention.
