A contribution to a silly wet Sunday.

Wonderful and original still life Barbara
Very nice image Barbara nice colours and tones.
Some wonderful textures in this one, Barbs Carol
Good textures and tones Barbara.
You must have been on the Mikbee photography course, Barbara: fine textures and colours.
Very well observed, Barbara. Silly AND rusty
Great fun composition Barbara
Perfect rusty shot, Love this one.
Excellent still life Barbara
Lovely rusty textures Barbara, like it.
Wonderfully rusty, and a tale to tell.
Nice rust and great texture here
Stunning capture,Barbara. Well done,
I should think the band would have problems hearing this drop playing those instruments...
What a motley collection, Barbara. An open safety pin (cue H&S, that could be lethal), some wrought iron, a metal weight and some dert great big spanners, all entangled by some form of string bondage fetish it would seem.
Nice bit of rust for Mick here.
Fabulous detail and textures amongst the rust.
Superb shot, great textures and tones.
like the colour texture and offset comp
Lots of great rust and shapes---- the pin will turn up!
Pins are very important. You never know when you're going to need one.
rust and gold here barbara brilliant detail and textures wonderful comp and colours abelter nice one
Mikbee will love this! Some fine specimens of rust here, Barbs
Certainly a different take on looking for a needle in a haystack!!! Terrific shot - Carole
Splendid detail and well composed shot Barbara
bondage springs to mind but its a great find
My wedding anniversary next month and what a superb present these rusty spanners would make.
I don't think much of the way you wrap up presents however,
and you can keep the safety pin.
After what will be 37 years of marriage,
a nappy pin is the last thing I will need !!
Your making Mick jealous Barbara lovely light and detail, well done..Lin
A "pin" sharp image Barb ...Bill
That's a strong wee safety pin if it's to hold up all that metal and rust.
The shot is interesting. The visual is very efective! An almost painterly look with all that rich rust
As for the safety pin.... It really adds to the composition. IB
A great bit of rust -- nice gritty detail.
Brilliant Barbara, glad your 'Queendom' wasn't lost
Good rust nice colours, like the title.
I want to reach out and touch that rust - the textures and colours are wonderful Barbara!!
SUCH a beautiful shot. The colours, the textures, that amazing focus on the trussed spanner head in front...wow. I just handed out my UA but know that I am, in spirit, giving you an UA right now as I gaze upon this image, Barbara.
great colours and tones Barbara and the texture is all there
I was in the middle of looking at this when my internet connection went down. Back again - that little safety pin just makes this. At first I thought it was some of Mick's rust, to find it is your rust
A wonderful textural and interesting found still life.
Well certainly one to make you think about it Barbara...
you spot and capture some really different images
Great rust colours and tones in this! Love the arrangement
Are you trying to compete with Mick. good detail. paul
