Here we are on the 20th of April 2011. I took a walk this morning up onto the top of Ben Chrachaig. This is a view in a northeasterly direction up the Sound of Raasay. For a change it was sunny though still a little chilly. I set the camera up on my Benbo Trekker and bracketed one stop either way. The result has then been blended in photomatix 64 and tonemapped. I have ajusted the levels and used topaz de-noise. I hope the resulting image is deemed to be OK.

A lovely shot of a lovely place. There is a slight appearance of 'fog' over everything - I am not sure if this would have been there at the time or whether your toning or levels adjustment may have produced it. I think I may have tried to keep the foreground a tad 'crisper' - but this is nitpicking as it is a lovely shot. A

I think this is lovely. I would be tempted to reduce the exposure / brightness of the left hand rocks just a little.
