Cracking capture with the wheel reflections in the puddle and smokey atmosphere in the engine shed.

A great example of locomotive/industrial photography, which for me has all the right ingredients, to make such a great photograph.

Love the lighting, but reckon it's crying out for a mono conversion....

A cracking shot, Brian, and captured at just the right time for light in the sky. As Ade says, would look good also in mono Wink

Great composition and that early light is great. One niggle. It leans to the left slightly. How's about a skew and rotate? Still definite *click*.

Beautiful image of these locomotives. Being a steam fan I noticed the 55A shed plate on the smokebox door. This was allocated to Leeds Holbeck and this loco was on the shed roster in 1959

Really interesting PF Brian. This one brings back childhood memories of my Dad. He was a Boiler Smith's Mate and spent his working hours replacing steam tubes and fire arches in such magnificent engines.
Regards Mike.

Superb! I love the colour and light Smile
