This is a photograph...two shots merged become one (used photoshop for that). No treatment used, only changed a bit the lighting and contrast in photoshop CS. I shot this with natural light (not direct), close to the window (afternoon light) and the background is a bed sheet!
Camera : Nikon D200, Lens : Nikkor Macro 105 mm, flash SB 800 (bounced), Manual : F14, S100, ISO 200.
