Thanks Everyone for your kind comments. Well Steve there was this for a start!! The Romanies have been coming here for centuries to trade horses and they wash them in the middle of the town in the river Eden, Fairy liquid seems the favourite shampoo. Now try riding a well soaped horse bare back in a crowded river, Quite a recipe for fun on a hot day.....

Absolutely tremendous Bill. Great timing. Sorry We missed you. I was there on the Friday and witnessed a horse being drownned is the same spot as you are. That finished all activity for the day.
