This the view behind one of the servers for the lighting at the Royal Albert Hall. There are dozens of these, and they all look a complete mess. How anyone can tell what's what I'll never know.

I tried jazzing it up a bit with a filter to make it look a bit bittier and grittier, but you can only really see the effect up large.

Anyway, thanks for looking. Not one of my best but I quite like it anyway.

I like the processing, but I think the framing lets this down, but others may well not agree. I'd go for cleaner edges.

I think the way you have framed it actually adds to the mess you captured but then we all have our opinion Chris, both valid opinions too.

Anyone who works with cables will tell you how these things defy the laws of physics to tangle themselves. On that basis these look quite manageable. I like the border, I think it adds to the composition.

For a moment, I thought you'd photographed the back of my pc! Tongue Interesting treatment.

Great capture and I like the treatment...it looks a bit like the wiring behind our TV

Thanks for all your nice comments. It seems whenever two or more cables come into proximity to each other some sort of messy mayhem ensues. Smile
