Another one from the other night, no wonky horizons

Same editing process as before, added a screen layer at 50% to brighten the image, flattened it, cross processed with curves adjustment layer, tweeting the RBG channels separately for desired effect, flattened again, then added a Multiply layer, at 70% for the dramatic colour pops.
