This butterfly typifies our fantastic morning hike up the Sulphur Ridge Trail in Alberta, Canada. The sun was shining and the air was mountain fresh. What a great day!

A very fine and striking shot, the lighting excellent and the detail so crisp: the dark b/g shows off the butterfly so effectively.
