Inspired by martinl's recent upload, I got myself out to Curbar Edge yesterday morning to try and get some early morning shots before the grey weather returns.

Bl***y freezing, but worth it. Hope you like the shot, and cheers for looking.

Almost went out again myself yesterday morning but thought it looked too plain. This shows how wrong I was!!

Lovely colour in that sky, and possibly looks even frostier than Sunday morning. Me likes!

Thanks all. Yep Martin(s!) , plenty of frost - my cars abs light was flashing like mad on the way out, and my tripod kept icing up. Car thermometer said -4. Think I might brave another if the weather holds until Friday, and venture out to mam tor. Mark.

That's a wonderful frost and nice colouring in the sky. Unfortunately, I was sat in traffic on the M1 at this time, wishing I was back on the hills!
