The first processed image from my trip to Bamburgh this past weekend.
Arrived at Bamburgh in time for last orders and then slept in the car ready for dawn at 04.20!
wanted to see if I could capture a slightly different image from the usual and so tried this composition.

Its nice to see a different view Pity about the shed being where it is but then there is nothing much you could do about it if you wanted to include the seat overall a very nice piece of work xx

Good composition with three points of interest
and lovely dawn sky.
Like the f/g also.
All in all a great image.

Nice work Colin, your efforts paid off handsomely, you clearly read the sign right, whatever they were as most of the UK got rain. Wink

It's good to see the castle from a different perspective and I like the way you've composed this to include the bench and shed, which balance each other nicely. The dramatic sky and lovely drop of early light are beautiful. A cracking image Smile

Anna

Thanks Anna, the reward of some decent light certainly made the trip worth while.
