Not much to say about the photo, I like the path under the light... the light contrast was very strong, I brightened up the stones at the foreground with 100% screen layer on PS. I'm not sure if I should brighten it up further, if I did, would I lose the contrast? Thanks for looking, all comments and advices are welcome.
This is the path in Whitby, I didn't remember it was there on my first visit. Walking towards right was the jetty, left to the sea.

I think your image is all about contrast and extremes of light and shade, so I wouldn't lighten the f/g stones any more, Jasmine.

The shapes and contrast look good to me, Jasmine, with a glimpse of St Mary's Church at the top. Not very often we get all the way round to this path but we actually walked up it last time.

I must admit I'm not sure what to say about this shot Mmmmmm! photo! it has so much in so many ways it is hard to say how I feel about it!certainly not critical more in awe of the whole concept!, to me it has so much going for it and as if it is ahead of it's time! even today it is telling me something no other photo on here has before! maybe it's history pecking at my subconscious, I like it very much and think it will stay with me, regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin
