Great comp; the rocks and the ripples lead you across the stream to the misty peak. The side lighting gives lots of relief to the landscape and the amospheric conditions coupled with the snow capping show great timing and leg work. The colours are vibrant and the clarity and contrast excellent and lively. If I hadn't already given away my UA today, this would have it!
Hello this looks interesting!
You have managed to capture a unique image of a very well known location beautifully Alun. I like the balance of this with that line of surf connecting the foreground detail with the cloud shrouded mountain. very well done indeed.
Derek

Sorry to be so late commenting on your lovely image from the moor. I think this may be Creise and not Buachaille Etive Mor. The light and angle looks to be further west and south of the big shepherd?
Dougie
Thanks all and to Phil and Ian for the badges

Alun
Stunning, no wonder it has an EC, great work Alun.
