This cold spell of weather has brought alot of birds back to the garden, so i thought i'd keep warm
and do some stuff from home. (quite like the idea of hot coffee on tap)
So I set up some feeding posts and clicked.
This shot is through glass, I'm very pleased with the result.
Thanks for looking.

unfortunately whilst you have a good pose and dof you have lost detail in the bird, always difficult focusing for the blacks but a little practise will see a better shot next time, I fancy coffee on tap but my birds are non existent in the new home - all is not lost you have the beak and head nicely sharp with a good eye![]()
beautiful, lovely DOF that actually adds interest, blackbirds are always such charming subjects. ![]()
