I have just been Googling 'Hattusha' to find out more and it sounds a fascinating place to visit from the archeological viewpoint: hope you have some more from this site showing even more of the ruins.
Ronnie.

Scenery reminiscent of Hadrian's Wall country not far from us, though the hills may be a little higher and the wall is at least 2000 years older. . . We share the clouds, I think!
Very lovely countryside, an enviable high location and a beautiful composition using the wall and the tree to perfection.

Bill

Flat grey light brings out some lovely textures, Nezih, and well composed with the diagonal of the wall leading to the hillock.

Yes, I was thinking of Roman Wall territory.
Scrubby grass, bare stone wall, a lone stunted tree. This cries out hill-top fortress , the enemy in the valley below. Sense of place.

A very well thought out and crafted composition, one which is very well balanced with both detail and clarity in depth. However I do feel it is somewhat lack lustre and would benefit greatly from a monochrome makeover.
