This was taken last week, during one of the few occasions that was suitable for photography,
It shows the new fountain that has been installed in the County Hall pond. It is gradually clearing the water in preparation for the return of the pair of swans, that were shown in my previous uploads, after they have left their cygnets on the lake, where the family is, at present, residing.

I hope that you will find this picture of interest. I haven't taken many pictures for the last couple of weeks, as you have probably noticed, following a burglary in a hotel room in Newquay in Cornwall, where, amongst other things, my camera was stolen.
Last Saturday I purchased a Fujifilm Finepix S9600, as a replacement, and am, at the moment, practising and trying to familiarise myself with it's controls and modes. When I feel confident enough, I hope to upload some pictures from it.

Thanks for looking.
Brian.

Lovely reflections mingling with the lily pads. Horrible news - we had a burglary at home years ago, the film Nikons went... Nasty experience, hope you're enjoying the new camera though.

Hellp Brian, good to see you back. Terrible thing when treasured items are stolen.
This is a great photograph, love the reflections, if this is an example of what the Fuji 9600 can do well I think we are in for some great images.
Is this County Halll in Llandrindod Wells?
Good luck.
