Thanks everyone for comments and votes yesterday, today a couple fro my trip last week to Aberystwyth, I called in to this pretty town Aberaeron to get some lunch, I have taken this wooden bridge before, I just liked the strong side lighting creating the shadow detail, V2 is the small marina where you can see this bridge in the background.

Two fine compositions Trev.
I'm trying to figure out if you used a polariser of filter?
Amazing clouds and great shadows.
Think V1 has the edge today.

Thanks everyone, Kate lost my Lee Polariser in the sea a few months back, at the moment to get any Lee filters is like trying to get gold, only used on these two shots the Lee 0.9 soft Grad, for any one unsure about filters the sky was three stops brighter than the shadow and the 0.9 soft grad equates to three stops, so was holding back the light to balance with the shadow, this would have been better with the polariser, it would have given deep rich blues and white fluffy clouds, any one out there know any one who has Lee stocks at the moment?

Regards

Trev.

Thanks everyone, had a PM about Lee Filters, there is a small online company called Studio Kit Direct who have Lee Grads in stock and also Polarisers so no waiting with this Company, just looked and the Big Stopper is out of stock with these also but they do sell an alternative.

Regards

Trev.
